Present Tina, Kris, Toni, Pat, Louise and staff member Ann (on behalf of property owner). We were given kind permission to spend our Halloween night in a beautiful 17th century mansion. The building is very large so we decided to walk around to find the most active places to hold vigils. Ann gave us a wonderful guided tour of the property and we decided on the following areas, hallway, Salon, Nursery Room, Breakfast Room and the really fascinating underground tunnel and workshop. We had limited time so spent a little time in each area but hopefully can spend more time on a return visit planned for the near future. HALLWAY A tall dark man standing in the hallway when Tina walked around the Salon. He was looking in through the door at what was going on. Ann thought it may be a gentleman who had a link to the property in the past. SALON Tina was aware of a presence sitting at the table on entering this room. She felt it was male and unconcerned about our presence. It appeared to be watching the door into the breakfast room. Toni was walking back to the long dining table, past the fireplace when a black animal ran past her legs towards the Breakfast Room. NURSERY ROOM Toni and Louise went on a walk about at beginning of night and when in the Nursery Room. Toni felt very emotional/upset when approaching the window seat. Later that night all members of team and Ann were present. Tina and Kris picked up the image of someone in the room. Tina sensed a small boy, around 10 years of age looking through the nursery window. Kris was aware of a woman in the room. He felt she was well dressed and around 40 years of age. Lots of lights were spotted by several team members floating around the area by the windows. Louise, who was sat by the windows, went very cold and had to move from the area. Ann was made aware of a small child calling out and of a small boy in the room. Tina saw a tall dark shape walk along the hallway on 2 occasions. On checking no one was there. Tina felt this was the same person that was standing in the hallway. Tina also picked up the vision of two men dressed in aprons pushing something across the bedroom floor. She was unsure of what it was but she picked up the name Joseph and Vennables. BREAKFAST ROOM Someone close to Ann. Room went very cold and some team members felt a change in atmosphere. Tina aware of a white mist walk through the door behind Kris. Tina also aware of lights moving down from the room above, through the ceiling rose and going down through the floor. It was later reported by Ann that this was the area of the dumb waiter before renovations. Toni saw a lady standing behind Ann, she was wearing a floor length dress with a long white apron over it. UNDERGROUND TUNNEL AND WORKSHOP We were led into this tunnel by Ann. While walking Tina was aware of an extra person walking behind Pat but it turned out to be no one there. Was very cold in one area by the side door and Kris felt someone pull his arm as of to move him out of the way. Tina was aware of a touch to her arm and elbow. Several team members were aware of movement, shadows and physical contact from unknown sources. In the workshop a tall gentleman was standing at the side of Toni (behind Kris). Kris said he was wearing a hat. SALON After Tina seeing the white mist walk through the doorway to the salon, Kris went to investigate. While in there he heard a loud knocking sound on the door leading to another room. On checking he found no one to be there. HALLWAY On leaving the premises in the early hours Tina was aware of the same tall, dark suited gentleman standing in the same area as before watching the team leave. KITCHEN AREAS When downstairs Toni felt that someone was standing behind her when in the doorway of the kitchen. She also saw a female figure standing in the corridor which then disappeared into the laundry room. We had a fantastic time at this beautiful property. It is one of the most peaceful and happy places we have visited for an investigation. We have since been told that after the investigation a family member who arrived there in the early hours reported someone running about the top floor corridor and up and down the stairs. He was told that the team had left hours before!!! TO BE CONTINUED...
