CROOKED HOUSE, HIMLEY - FEBRUARY 2007

Team members present: Tina, Les, Kris, Gavin, Adrian, Jon, Neil, Claire, Emma and Melissa Guest: Tony Several members of staff were also present OLD CELLAR This was widely thought by the team to be the most active area on the premises. At the start of the investigation, Tina was sitting in the cellar with other team members when she saw a white shape move behind a pile of boxes. This sighting was around 50 centimetres in height and Tina sensed it was a small male child. She also sensed the same male child skipping up and down the area at the foot of the cellar steps and witnessed her hair being touched on several occasions ring the vigil. During a later vigil Claire witnessed the sensation of tickling up her right forearm. She reported that it was like the sensation of fingers running up her arm. Shortly after, during a séance, Claire witnessed the similar sensation of someone touching her right forearm with what she describes as an icy cold thumb. She and Jon also witnessed white lights on her arm at this time. Flashes were seen on the far wall and cool breezes were witnessed during this séance. Later in the investigation, while sitting in the cellar area, Kris and Tina saw a box move on it's own. They then witnessed a pile of empty boxes falling over at the back of the room when no one was in the vacinity. During the course of the investigation the dog living on the premises became increasingly uncomfortable when in the area of the cellar and paced about at the top of the steps. CORRIDOR Many sensations of movement were picked up in the corridor leading to the toilet area. Several dark shadows and strange shapes were picked up on pictures taken by Tony and Kris. LOBBY BAR Tina, Les, Gavin and Kris held a vigil in the lobby bar and witnessed nausea, tightening of the chest and shortness of breath when sat in a particular seating area. Kris experienced a feeling of sadness when sitting at a table where the brass cross was use as a trigger object. Adrian witnessed a flash of light and drop in temperature when sitting at a table in this area. Later in the investigation, Tina, Les, Kris and several staff members held a séance using glass and table. They contacted a female farm worker of around 12 years of age. She apparently drowned in a nearby brook at the hands of a fellow farm worker. We were unable to get a date but the name Jane was prominent throughout the séance. Tina attempted remote viewing and placed the young female at the edge of the brook wearing a white ankle length dress/nightgown. She was looking down at the water and appeared to be in a happy frame of mind. Tina picked up the bluebells on the ground around the young girl's feet putting the period at around springtime. She also noticed that the flora and fauna around the young girl had a subdued, yellowish tint. During the séance many witnesses reported cold spots around the table with no apparent underlying cause. TOILETS Kris and Gavin held a vigil in the toilet area of the premises. They witnessed the sound of shuffling feet around them and sound of coughing in the womens toilet. Cold spots were also witnessed. No one else was in the area during this vigil. Later in the investigation, Tina and Gavin were standing me the area outside the toilets when they heard whispering and sighing sounds. No one else was in the area at the time. BAR AREA Kris witnessed the sighting of a black/brown German Shepard dog in the area behind the bar. It moved across the floor from the foot of the stairs into a dark corner. The staff reported that the dog living on the premises is normally reluctant to go into that area.
